No matter what, we always provide tough and aggressive representation. Ryan The Lawyer has a proven track record of bringing lawsuits and defending against them. We have successfully recovered or defended against the following kind of legal claims to the tune of over $100 million dollars.
Breach of Contract
Relying on others to honor their word is a fundamental part of doing business. When someone does not live up to their contractual obligations, it almost always costs you money, time and energy. Some contracts are written and other are verbal. In other words, even if you do not have anything in writing, we still may be able to help you. Contract disputes come in all shapes and sizes and the most important thing is to be represented by a lawyer that will fight for you.
Auto accidents and personal injury claims are both types of legal negligence. When someone hurts you, you usually have the right to seek compensation through a negligence lawsuit. Other common examples of negligence include injuries caused by the employees of a business, slip & falls, and dog bites. If you are the victim of such behavior, it is important that you take action as soon as possible. A personal injury lawsuit can often compensate you for missed work, property damage, and pain and suffering. Our lawyers treat your case with caring attention and sensitivity, understanding that your welfare comes first.
An intentional tort is when someone attacks and injures you, steals your money or property, or intentionally causes emotional suffering. If any of these things happen to you, you most likely have legal rights allowing for compensation.
Fraud & Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices
Fraud and Unfair and Deceptive trade practices are similar legal claims that both involve the wrongful deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. In some instances, a person seeking relief can recover treble damages. If you believe that someone has committed fraud or Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, or if someone has accused you of either, we can help protect your rights.

Please keep in mind that after a judge makes a ruling you generally have 30 days to file an appeal. In other words, time is of the essence. After the appeal is filed, you and one of our lawyers will put together a “record of appeal” with the appeal’s supporting information. Civil appeals are decided solely on written documents, which include your brief (“appellant’s brief”), the opposing party’s response to your brief (“respondent’s brief”), your reply to the respondent’s brief (“reply brief”), and the written record. Once everything is submitted, the Appeals Court usually makes its ruling on the papers presented, but it is not unusual for the Judges to set oral arguments where both sides present their case. It is therefore vital to have your briefs written by professionals.
