Madelaine Wang

Lawyer Madelaine Mindy Wang earned her law degree from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is admitted to practice law in both Missouri and North Carolina, and the federal court in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Madelaine started her career as a criminal defense lawyer, discovered an interest in contract law, and began working as in-house counsel for the State of North Carolina. She currently practices business law and civil litigation. Her business practice includes support for startups, entity formation, succession planning, business dissolution, and contract drafting and review.

Maddy’s litigation practice includes a range of commercial litigation and lawsuits including debtor’s rights, breach of contract, car accidents, personal injury, and fraud. She played a major role in successfully defending the firm’s client, musician Ja Rule in the $100 million Fyre Festival lawsuit. Maddy’s strengths are research and drafting, and she uses her experience to fight for both individuals’ and businesses’ rights.
